You must read and affirmatively accept these Terms before using the analysis features of TotalMonster. Acceptance is recorded along with the version of these Terms and the time of acceptance.

TotalMonster accepts inputs you provide, such as the current score, game period, time remaining, and scoring pace, and returns mathematical estimates including a projected final total and related statistics.

All outputs are calculations derived solely from the numbers you enter. They are not predictions of an actual sporting event, and they are not a substitute for your own judgment.

TotalMonster is an informational and entertainment tool. It does not provide betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, or any other professional advice, and it is not a sportsbook, broker, or adviser.

We do not accept wagers, hold funds, or facilitate any wager. Any decision you make about a wager or any other use of the information shown in this app is made solely by you and at your own risk.

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the inputs you enter. Incorrect or incomplete inputs produce incorrect outputs.

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including laws in your jurisdiction regarding sports wagering and minimum age requirements. If wagering is unlawful where you are, you may not use this app in connection with wagering.

You are responsible for verifying any information before relying on it.

You agree not to misuse the app, including by attempting to disrupt its operation, reverse engineering it for the purpose of resale, scraping its content at scale, or using it to violate any law.

We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms.

You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

The app, its design, its calculations, and its content are owned by TotalMonster and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error free, or that any output will be accurate or useful for your purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TotalMonster and its owners, employees, and partners are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost wagers, or losses arising from decisions you make using the app.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When a change is material, we will present the updated Terms for your review and acceptance before you continue using the analysis features. The version number and effective date appear on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
